A page where feedback received about the group work can be shared, probably anonymously. However, if an email has been received thanking the group for the work done, it can be shared and made public.
This page will allow users to view the website plans, vote on and like those ideas, and leave comments on them. It is also possible for people to submit their ideas for things that could be included on the site. The group would then discuss these ideas, and decisions would be made on which to move forward and in what order.
The meeting will enable some photographs and information to be collated to add to the site, to discuss further ideas and to allow Mike to understand some of the geography and significance of areas of the cemetery.
We need a way to collect people's email addresses if they are interested in receiving emails from the site with newsletters, stories, and event updates. This has been set up to securely store the details and send a newsletter to everyone at any time.
This will enable the addition of small news items, such as those posted on Facebook. In time, it may be possible to link these posts to Facebook, or to link from Backbook back to this page to better and more widely share the group's information.
The current newsletter can be converted to display online, allowing anyone to read it.
With details of upcoming fundraising events so that members can see what is planned and volunteer to help, and so that others can see where the following events will be.
Some code needs to be added to the site so that we understand how many people are visiting the website and what pages they view. This will enable us to better understand the parts of the site that are most popular.
Set up a simple QR code that links to the website, ideally featuring the FORCEM logo.
An address was created, which would forward emails directly to Dot and Ged if anything was received via the website. This also allows them to publish this email address, thereby avoiding the need to share their personal email addresses in public.
We also configured an email address for the website. This email address is used for any communication sent by the website, including replies to submissions and other regular emails that the site needs to send.
